ETC carries a wide range of refurbished laptops, including Dell, Lenovo and HP. They are all fully tested and working perfectly. A fresh version of Windows has been preinstalled and activated (does not come with Windows CD) and has been updated with all available Service Packs. Internet Explorer has been updated. All drivers have been installed including any available updates and the BIOS has been updated to the latest version. They come complete with new AC adapter and power cord. A working battery is included. The charge hold time found during testing is specified for each laptop, but batteries are expendable and the charge hold time is not guaranteed as it varies with use.
